On February 8th we went back to our sit spot with the intention of exploring our senses further. When we got there we immediately noticed the ground had changed, our feet were sinking into it like quick sand or a bouncy castle. This provided us with such an enriched experience where we stopped and embraced nature. Leaving us with the question with how many moments in life are we in a rush and do not notice the world around us?
